CRYOGENIC COLD BOXES
As one of our specialties, E.S. Fox Ltd. regularly manufactures Cryogenic Cold Boxes for air separation plants. These plants operate at temperatures below - 200F°; aluminum and stainless steel are used for vessels, piping and instrumentation systems. Special materials, highly specialized welding techniques, documented quality control, and meticulous attention to detail are mandatory since the units cannot be maintained or repaired while operating.
We have an in-house engineering and drafting staff to design pressure vessels, storage vessels, piping systems, process modules, and heavy equipment in accordance with a variety of standards including American Society of Mechanical Engineering (A.S.M.E. Section VII Div I and Div II), American Petroleum Institute (A.P.I. 650 and 620), Canadian Welding Bureau (C.W.B. 47.1 and 47.2) and Underwriters Laboratory (UL).
E.S. Fox Ltd. has consolidated and integrated all of its in-house expertise and to offer these unique capabilities to supply, fabricate and test pre-packaged process modules such as oil purification skids, chemical plant, and water treatment plants including process modules requiring stringent "clean-room" conditions. In addition, utilizing the Company's many years experience and modern welding techniques of aluminum and stainless steel materials, plus the stringent quality assurance requirements, E.S. Fox Ltd. has manufactured numerous Cryogenic Cold Boxes for air separation process plants chemical process modules and pre-packaged power generation plants.
