Orientation
Each individual employee participates in a Safety Orientation Course and is provided with safety orientation information applicable to this specific project. Written acknowledgment of the safety instruction is a prerequisite prior to commencing work.
Safety Committees
A Safety Committee of both management and labour is maintained to conduct inspections, perform investigations, monitor safety practices and resolve safety related problems.
Pre-Job Safety Meeting
E.S. Fox Ltd. meets with the Client prior to start-up to discuss in detail all matters pertaining to safety rules and expectations.
Tool Box Meetings
Each trade holds weekly Tool Box meetings to identify hazards, improper work methods, protective equipment requirements and to safely plan their work. The results of these meetings are reported to management.
Subcontractor's Safety Obligation
Each subcontractor is made part of the overall safety program.
First Aid Facilities
All requirements for First Aid Facilities are met or exceeded.
Inspections
E.S. Fox Ltd. conducts regular safety inspections and audits and cooperates at all times with Occupational Health and Safety Inspectors and implements without delay any corrective action or suggestions.
