The fabrication shop located in Thunder Bay services our Thunder Bay operations, northwestern Ontario and together with our Allfab operation in Edmonton, Alberta, all of our western based construction and fabrication customers as well. The facility specializes in light and medium sheet metal and plate fabrication.

Manufacturing:

• Fabrication shop is 5,000 sq. ft. with a height of 15 ft.
• Crane capacity consists of one 3-ton overhead crane.

Equipment:

• 200 ton brake
• 10 ft. x ¼" shear
• 10 ft. x ½" plate bending rolls
• mig welding machines
• rotators
• tools and equipment drawn from the Company-owned complement.

Work Force:

• QA Personnel
• Shop Foreman
• 2 welding stations
• 2 fitter stations
• Average Shop Labour 20,000 manhours per year.
